Care rooted in experience, presence, and compassion

Grounded in clinical training and lived experience, the practice offers thoughtful, relational support shaped by personal connection, cultural awareness, and respect for the challenges of change.

About Us

We offer therapy for individuals and organizations grounded in mindfulness, compassion, and the belief that well-being begins with self-awareness.

We believe each person carries an inner wisdom — a steady, grounded part of themselves that can be rediscovered even when life feels uncertain or overwhelming. Together, we create a space to slow down, listen inwardly, and reconnect with that sense of clarity and purpose.

In our work, we meet you where you are — with curiosity, care, and respect for your pace and process. Whether you are navigating stress, loss, or life transitions, our role is to help you cultivate resilience, balance, and self-compassion as you move toward the life you want to live.

Meet Maura Fishman

Born and raised in Montréal, Maura was immersed in both French and English environments from an early age. Her personal heritage is a blend of Japanese, Russian, and Polish cultures, shaping how she understands the human experience and fostering a deep appreciation for beauty, diversity, and adaptability. Meditation and mindfulness have been part of her life since childhood, encouraged by her family’s emphasis on compassion and presence. This steady thread of self-awareness continues to guide both her personal life and professional work.

For more than 15 years, she has had the privilege of accompanying individuals, organizations, and communities on their journeys toward wellness. Her professional path has taken her into corporate environments, private practice, and hospitals, with each setting deepening her understanding of how people cultivate inner strength, meaning, and resilience—even in life’s most challenging moments.

As a mother, wife, daughter, and professional, she understands firsthand the complexity of balancing multiple roles. Through her own experience, she has learned that perfectionism and over-responsibility can stand in the way of the peace of mind that supports meaningful care for others. Her personal journey has centered on finding balance, embracing imperfection, and returning to what truly matters—life lessons that naturally inform how she supports others in doing the same.

Outside of her professional work, she nurtures her wellbeing by running on Mont-Royal with her dog Kasha, sharing coffee and conversation in the Mile End, playing tennis, writing, practicing yoga and traveling to faraway places.

Meet Anne Weintraub

Anne is a registered social worker with eight years of experience in public mental health systems and private practice. Over time, she has developed a strong commitment to supporting young adults navigating anxiety, depression, difficult relationships, and trauma. Her work is grounded in an awareness of how identity, social context, and past experiences shape relationships, responses to challenges, and one’s sense of self.

Her approach is informed by both clinical training and lived experience. Having navigated anxiety and depression herself, she brings compassion, humility, and deep respect for the vulnerability involved in change. Curiosity is central to her therapeutic work; she seeks to understand who clients are, how they have adapted to their experiences, and what they need to feel more empowered. She offers thoughtful guidance alongside genuine presence, supporting clients to feel understood while working toward meaningful, lasting change.

Outside of her professional work, she makes space for creativity, rest, time with her schnauzer, connection with her loved ones as well as a yoga.

Anne Weintraub is a licensed social worker in Québec. She is a member of the Ordre des travailleurs sociaux et des thérapeutes conjugaux et familiaux du Québec (OTSTCFQ #WEIA 180-72-50).
