When a workplace faces a challenging situation or critical incident- layoffs, major restructuring, a serious accident or death- the emotional impact on staff can be significant. We offer trauma-informed debriefing and support (on-site or virtual) to help teams and leaders process what happened, understand common stress and trauma responses, and access short-term individual or group support when needed.
Trauma debriefing & support during a critical incident
Even when an organization manages logistics well, critical events can leave staff carrying shock, grief, fear, guilt, or confusion. We provide a grounded, confidential space to process reactions, normalize trauma/stress responses, and share practical coping tools—along with guidance on when additional support may be helpful.
